I don't know if something similar has already been suggested, so I hope it isn't redundant. The owner of the Jeep Cherokee in the link added a heater core with a fan to the top of the hood for auxiliary cooling. Do you suppose Volvo would take my C303 in trade for the radiator?=20=20 I'd still owe them some money though. I've thought about the exhaust pipe wrap. One company that makes it=20 says it improves engine efficiency, but I'd think it would help=20 reduce cabin heat which would be an advantage. Might even help a=20 tiny bit with noise. Since cooler intake air apparently helps too,=20 I've thought about insulating the intake tube, but it may not be a=20 lot of fun getting up in there to do it. Seems like that tube makes=20 a pretty convoluted route - all the way to the back, through the=20 filter, then back toward the front to the plastic box and the=20 carburetors. I've wondered if things could be shifted around at all=20 to straighten it out. All of these are in a long list of things to=20 do, so who knows when I'll get around to it.
