Thanks, /Neal Too flush I pull the bottom radiator hose off to allow all the large bits of crud to easily drain then remove the radiator cap (which can be difficult to find) and direct a "high" pressure garden into it and run for five minutes. I then remove the two 9/16ths hex bolts on the thermostat housing and lift it off. Direct a hose into this opening for five minutes also cranking the engine occasionally. To get to the radiator cap off you first have to remove the middle dash plastic cover. One thumbscrew holds it in place. Next loosen the bands that hold the brake reservoirs, slip them out and tuck them to the side. Next remove the four Philips head screws that hold the three inch by four inch flat steel plate lying directly under the brake reservoirs. Under this plate is the radiator cap. It should have a stamped hex peak in the center of it. Using a 3/4 inch six sided boxed wrench wiggle it securely on hex protrusion and use our other hand to push down firmly and turn the cap 1/8 counterclock wise. It may be difficult initially if it's been the first time in years but it will move with a little wiggling and plenty of down pressure. The cap should be able to be pried up and off by hand at this point. If it won't come off by hand don't pry it off. Turn the cap back and forth to loosen crud and make sure you do not go too far and re-engage the lip of the cap. David
