It'll take as long to source and build the band-aid as it does to fix the seal. If you have your heart set on it though just drill and tap each plug for a fairly big NPT barbed fitting and push a hose onto them both once they are in place. Often this condition occurs because the t-case vent is plugged and the kit actually stops the transfer altogether by allowing the pressure from the t-case to vet through the tranny. IF you tear down the case to swap the seal make sure to fix the vent. Now would be a good time to run a vent hose up under the hood. Another option is to go to your local HD truck repair place with th= e fill plug, and explain what you are doing. They should be able to sour= ce all the parts you need, match the thread, and get you set up. http://forum.ih8mud.com/showthread.php?t=3D11010 http://forum.ih8mud.com/showthread.php?t=3D8220 http://forum.ih8mud.com/showthread.php?t=3D16567 hth's gb
