I shoot Konica quite frequently, and for MY purposes I rate it
EI10 (though this changes with the time of year) and develop it
with Rodinal 1+100 70F 5 minutes. If you'd like to see the results
you can look at http://www2.ari.net/glsmyth to see if that's the
sort of thing you're looking for. I also have a chart of
film/developer combinations available for reference.

I normally use a #25 filter, though recently I've been having good
results with the Hoya R72. The images on the Web page used the #25.

Any time you read about infrared film, without specific mention it
would be assumed that a #25 filter was used.
Yes, I have developed HIE with Rodinal. Actually, I am currently
working on a series where I developed HIE at differing EIs and
development times so that I could make a reasonable comparision.
Within this series I developed primarily with D76, but did several
strips with Rodinal. Rodinal will give you VERY large grain - this
is probably the combination that will give you the highest grain
possible (although 'possibly' TMZ and Rodinal might compete).
I'm not sure what the author means by "exploits the infrared effect,"
as this is a function of the film, not the developer. Anyway, if you
want LARGE grain then Rodinal would be your choice in this instance.
