Then lock them every > other weekend the summer, and forget to unlock them a lot :) If that is only done for lubrictation/rust-prevention: you can get the same by switching into 4wd with the hubs unlocked, for a short distance (easiest to do/remember is when parking/manoeuvring on the end of a day).
