Does anyone have any info on either of these ie changes such as will the Kakadu become the new GXL or similar as well as any suspension changes given the torsion bar issues? I certainly believe it to be true as customer relations Toyota Melbourne got the formal advice on 14 Dec 04 that the facelift is to be retail release on 17/6/05 but they claim they didn't get any details. So it really comes down to finding out if it is worth waiting. Lexus LX550 with 5,5 liter alu V8 The only good thing about that V8 diesel is that this probably means that the Lexus limousine will also get this engine in Europe. Wonder whether it still will come with manual transmission (that would make it worlds *only* (!) large & fast TDi car or SUV with manual transmission....each and every large TDi from the competition, be it car or SUV, comes with a darn slushbox (and even the midsize TDi's are throttled to keep the manual gears intact, while the slushbox has no such artifical limit). Dave Stedman, did you already see the Japanese mag they base this info on, apparently?
