The 5 speed behind the 1HZ in the HZJ105 is the same box (R151F) used behind the 1KZ-TE 3.0 TD in the Hilux and Prado. Although nice to operate, it's no where near the size of the 5 speeds used in the HZJ80 or any other petrol or TD full size 80/10x Cruiser. In my opinion trouble waiting to happen on heavily laden and /or aftermarket turbocharged vehicles. But if you want a new live axled Cruiser, you have NO choice! :-( Regards, Greg.
